| Lucy | Canberra to Moscow | Lucy was completely fine after flights and I think the trip was even easier for her than for us. Our friend met her in Moscow and brought her to us to the train station, She was glad to see us and quietly slept almost all the time in the train. Now she lives in a new home and looks quite happy. So we would like to thank you and your company for organizing the trip for Lucy! Everything was perfect! |
| Nala & Toea - Adventurous King Charles Cavaliers | Melbourne to Yuzhno Sakhalinsk | Gary and I want to thank you for transporting safely our two cavaliers from Melbourne to Yuzhno Sakhalinsk Russian island. Not your usual destination. The journey was challenging and the Russian paperwork even more so. Finally they arrived Saturday night safe and sound and very hungry. Can’t tell how relieved we were to see them, even customs people were thrilled. You kept us up to date along the way, which we appreciated immensely. Thank you once again for a great service. Nibbles arrived safe and well and I was really impressed with the care taking with her carrier cage. It was lovely also to see the note on top saying her name and to give her water along the journey. | Dudley, Border Terrier Pup | Melbourne to the Gold Coast | I've never been in the position where I've had to have a new puppy flown to me, so it was a very daunting experience especially during a global pandemic. I booked a flight through another company only for that flight to be cancelled which sent me into an almighty panic as they weren't able to offer me an alternative. Cue Peter from Petflyers contacting me and the rest is history!
