Terms & Conditions
1. It is your responsibility to check that your Pet will fit comfortably into the crate we have quoted to use for your job. In particular your Pet must have at least 4cm clearance from the top of their head to the ceiling of the crate and be able to turn around and lie down. In the event the Airline deems the crate too small for your Pet extra charges will apply and flight delays may result.
2. We strongly recommend you do not feed your Pet for at least 12 hours before it travels. If your Pet soils or vomits in its' crate the Airline will not load it onto the flight and extra charges will be applied to attend the Airport and clean the crate. Delays to your Pet's flight may result.
3. Please do not give your Pet a sedative before the flight. If we suspect your Pet has been given a sedative we will cancel the flight and reschedule to another date. Extra charges will be applied.
4. Pet Travel Insurance is not included in our quote and all Pets travel at the Owner's Risk.
5. Unless we have specifically included clearance fees in our quote these are not included and will need to be paid for upon arrival. Some Airlines charge additional fees for storage or similar and that is also not included in our quote - clearance fees pertain to fees payable to Customs or Government Bodies to clear Border Security.
6. Petflyers do not meet any additional costs arising from;
  - Flight Cancellations or Delays
  - Administration Issues within Airline Systems or loss of Paperwork by Airlines
  - Refusal by Airlines to carry booked consignments
  - Refusal by Airlines to accept your Pet's booking Paperwork by Airlines
7. Cancellations - in the event you cancel your flight the minimum cancellation fee is $1000. If more expenses have been incurred, including our staff's time to arrange your booking, the cancellation fee may be higher.
Terms & Conditions (UK & Europe)

2. Your Pet must have a Rabies Shot at least 22 days before departure date. We will need to collect the Orginal Copy of the Rabies Certificate when we collect your Pet. If this original copy is not available when we collect your Pet delays to your shipment and extra charges may result.
3. We strongly recommend you do not feed your Pet for at least 12 hours before it travels. If your Pet soils or vomits in its' crate the Airline will not load it onto the flight and extra charges will be applied to attend the Airport and clean the crate. Delays to your Pet's flight may result.
